2. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons.
3. How to Return an Item
- Request a Return: To start a return, please contact us at service@pausful.com or call us at +1 882 763 3354 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or order confirmation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Ship the package to: PAUSFUL LLC, 868 Fake Street, New York. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
